Meaning
The poet/singer describes how he or she will worship lord Krishna. By putting a light fragrance of chandan (Sandalwood) on lord Krishna\'s body, by putting a teeka (mark on the forehead) with kumkum (red powder) and kesar (saffron), by putting a lep (paste) of Kasturi (a fragrant secretion of the Kasturi deer). He/She will then put a garland of Lotus flowers and basil leaves. Put a yellow cloth (peetambara). When the poet/singer worships the lord in this manner, only then his mind is happy.
